I know you preach, teach, study and meditate... however; you need someone speaking into your life... Ask God to connect you with an earthly person so they can speak into your life... GOD HAS SO SET UP THIS GOSPEL JOURNEY THAT YOU WILL NEED OTHERS... YOU CAN NOT FULFILL YOUR DESTINY ALONE...<BR> <BR>This has been a prayer on my heart for most of this year 2008. As I travel in different ministry circles..I see so many ministries that are trying to do it alone! no one speaking in thier lives, so much confusion and disorder it makes you wonder how they are able to lead a group of people,or how people are able to eat old manna (traditons)that they are serving.What I found is so much immaturity and insecurity in the leaders it is heartbreaking. I have been praying for leaders to realize that Eph 4:11-16 was not just placed in the new testament as just a pretty scripture. It is the foundational structure of what the Body of Christ should be functioning as in this dispensaton.(Corporate anointing) We need the 5 fold ministry gift of the Apostle, Prophet, evangelist,pastors and teachers for the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry for the edifyig of the body of Christ.No ministry or local church body can do it alone! I kept hearing a question within my spirit several months ago...Where are our fathers? that's a another teaching...but the thought caused me to cry out in prayer for fathers in ministry that will step in and mentor and speak into the lives of these leaders. We have many intructors in the Body but not many fathers. I'm crying out for fathers who really care about these immature, insecure leaders who think they are doing church and have no idea what the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is all about. When I say fathers I am taking about the kind of father relationship that Paul was to his son Timothy. Apostle Cade, on the other hand I see the main problem is getting leaders to admit that they need help and receive a father's help, their hearts must be pliable for the Lord to work in them a servant's heart.
